Advice and design
- Fire safety consultancy — pragmatic, independent advice that focuses on the real risks in your building and your processes.
- Building plan assessment & fire safety plan — fire safety in every phase of the build, from first sketch to permit application, in line with BRL-5019.
- CFD fire and smoke simulation — fire and smoke simulations with FDS for atria, large halls and other buildings where the standard rules fall short.
- Fire compartmentation & WBDBO calculations — a compartment layout and fire spread calculations to NEN 6068, so you only build fire resistance where it is needed.
- Fire alarm system specification (NEN 2535) — an independent programme of requirements for your fire alarm and evacuation alarm systems.
Existing buildings and use
- Fire safety inspection — independent inspections against the Bbl by BPD1-certified inspectors.
- Fire safety use notification (gebruiksmelding) — we check whether you need one, prepare it and submit it via the Omgevingsloket.
- Escape route and evacuation capacity — how many people your building can safely hold, calculated with our own software, Vluchtveilig.
Fire safety disciplines
