We believe everyone has the right to be fire safe — whether that concerns buildings, business processes or people. We approach fire safety pragmatically and as a whole: focused on real risks rather than box-ticking, never doing too much (expensive) or too little (unsafe), with attention to both the building and its day-to-day use.
Because we’re independent — we carry out no construction work and sell no installations — our advice carries no commercial interest. The only outcome we optimise for is the right level of safety for you.

Fire safety is more than fire separations, extinguishers and smoke detectors. Real safety comes from an integral approach across three disciplines (BIO):
- Structural fire safety — the building is designed and arranged so fire is prevented and its spread limited.
- Installation fire safety — detection, alarm and suppression systems function and are maintained.
- Organisational fire safety — people know how to act and can evacuate safely; processes minimise risk; the organisation has a genuine safety culture.
